How does Lunch:ON work?

Here’s the deal:
By 10:00 AM: LUNCH:ON will send you the daily menu for your location.
By 11:15 AM: Place order before the daily cut-off time.
12:30 pm - 01:00 pm PM: Lunch is delivered to your location.
Booya! It’s that simple.

How do I turn Lunch:ON at my office or school?

To turn LUNCH:ON in your office, we may need a certain number of your colleagues to sign up. Help us spread the word with your co-workers and it will be hello delicious lunches for you soon! If you work in a small office and still want to get your LUNCH:ON, shoot us an email at hello@turnlunchon.com and we will try to group you with an office nearby.

How do I order?

You can place your order online through our website or mobile app. Be sure to look for the order confirmation notification to follow.

What are the types of meals offered?

We offer a variety of options to meet any sort of dietary restriction from multiple restaurants each day– non-vegetarian, vegetarian, vegan,lowcalorie meals, etc.

How will I know if my order has been placed?

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been placed. We will also email you a payment receipt confirming your order details. If you do not receive these, there may be a problem with the payment method we have on file. Feel free to contact support or shoot us an email at hello@turnlunchon.com and we will get right back to you with help on the issue.

Can I place a group order?

What’s better than LUNCH:ON? LUNCH:ON with friends! To place a group order go online and order the quantity you’d like!

Can I order in advance?

Fo sho! We publish the week’s menu over the weekend and you can preorder and edit your orders at any time.

Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?

Yes, you can cancel your order any time before the daily cut-off time in the ‘Manage Orders’ section. We will then either refund the method of payment we have on file or provide you with LUNCH:ON credits for use on your next order.

Is the food always the same?

No way! We keep it fresh yo! We rotate our restaurants and pick the best options from their menus so you will get a good variety of cuisines. Don’t worry though, if we notice that a particular dish or restaurant is a favorite in your office, we will feature it more often.

Do you ever run out of the day’s lunch items?

Unfortunately yes, we do sell out sometimes, but we do our best to avoid this. If you see an item on the menu that you don’t want to miss, you can always pre-order it online.

Can I customize my order?

No, unfortunately you can’t, but we are always looking to improve our service so stay tuned.

Are there minimum delivery amounts or delivery fees?

Definitely not, my friend! You pay the amount you see listed only. There are no delivery fees or minimums. We try to keep our prices as close as possible to the amount listed on the restaurants menu (even less sometimes!).

How will I know when my food has been delivered?

You will receive a notification message once your food has been delivered to its designated location. Pick it up quickly before somebody steals it!

Do I need to be available to pick up my food when it’s delivered?

Nope! Your office’s orders will be delivered to a designated common location in an insulated bag to keep them at the right temperature, so no need to interrupt what you are doing. We’ve got you covered.

What do I do if I’m not happy with my delivery?

Contact us immediately! We definitely want to hear about it, if that is the case. Contact us or shoot us an email at hello@turnlunchon.com so we can remedy this pronto.

Why was 1.00 charged to my credit card when I signed up?

When adding a new card our payment provider will deduct an amount of 1.00. Don’t worry, this amount will only be authorized and is never charged. If for any reason, your bank actually charges you for this amount, our system will immediately reimburse you.

Can I review my meal?

Oh yes! Once your order is delivered, you will be asked to give it a rating from 1-5 and let us know what you did and didn’t like. This will help us serve you better and will be directly communicated to the restaurant.

LUNCH:ON PRO FAQs

What is LUNCH:ON Pro?

LUNCH:ON Pro (or “Pro”) is a monthly subscription which gives you access to your daily lunch at with free delivery. There is a day free trial subscription which renews thereafter at /month

What do I need to sign up? Is Pro available to everyone?

The Pro subscription is available to eligible users at certain companies who have received specific information about LUNCH:ON Pro via email or SMS.

If you are an eligible user, you’ll be able to sign up by clicking “Start Free Trial” on the LUNCH:ON Pro landing page. You must have a verified mobile phone number, verified via SMS during sign up or from the Profile page.

What extra treats can I expect?

We’ll be delivering treats and special offers on an ad hoc basis. No clues! Everyone loves a surprise.

How do I manage my subscription?

You can view and manage your Pro subscription details in the “Basic” section of the Profile page.

I cancelled by mistake, can I restart my subscription?

If you cancelled during your free trial period, you will no longer be eligible to use the remaining time on this offer. If you accidentally cancelled your subscription and wish to remain with the service, you must take out a paid subscription. To find out more, email us at hello@turnlunchon.com.

What happens after my free trial?

Your subscription renews automatically at /month so you can continue enjoying LUNCH:ON Pro and your daily lunch at .

Do I have to order every day?

No, just order whenever you like 😊

How many lunches can I order a day at ?

You get 1 order per day at the Pro price of and any additional orders that day will be charged at the regular price.

What meal and restaurant options will I get?

You will see the same menu that is featured at your company but will avail the special Pro pricing.

How much does the food typically cost? How much am I saving?

Meals vary in price but average at about . Pro customers get those same meals at the Pro price of .

What if I don’t like the options that you show me?

How does dinner work with Lunch:ON?

Here’s the deal:
4:30 - 4:45 PM: LUNCH:ON will email or SMS you the dinner options for the day for your location. Or simply use the app to place your order.
Before 6:15 PM: Place your order before the daily cut-off time.
7:30 - 8:00 PM: Dinner is delivered straight to your home. No pick-up needed.

Can I get dinner delivered at an earlier or later time?

7:30 PM - 8:00 PM is the only time delivery window available.

How much is dinner with LUNCH:ON?

As a limited time offer we have a fabulously low price of only 29. No delivery fees or minimums.

Is there a PRO subscription fee for dinner?

Nope. During the pilot you can order all your dinner meals for 29. At this time no subscription is needed to redeem this offer. Hurry though it's a limited time offer!

Is dinner available in my area/building? When will you start?

We are currently piloting dinner at select buildings in Dubai Marina. Just add your home address to be among the first to know when dinner is available at your building.

What days of the week can I order dinner?

Dinner is available from Sunday to Thursday just like lunch.

I changed my home address. Why can’t I see dinner anymore?

Your updated address may be outside our current area of operation.

I added my home address but I can’t see the dinner section.

We are currently piloting dinner at select buildings in Dubai Marina. Your building may not be within our area of operation yet. We’ll let you know as soon as we start delivering to your building/area.

My neighbors and flat/roommates can see dinner but I can’t. How can I get dinner?

During the pilot, dinner will be available to select users. If you want early access just make you’ve added your home address and then drop us an email at hello@turnlunchon.com

I entered the wrong home address. How can I change it?

Easy. Just tap the profile icon and update your home address.

Can I get dinner delivered to my office instead?

Dinner is only available in select residential locations at this time.

Can I order dinner for 2 people or more? Will I get each meal at the same price?

Of course! Dinner is always better with family and friends. Just remember to select the quantity of meals when placing your order.
During the pilot each meal is only 29 (limited time offer).

Can I order different meals from a single restaurant for dinner?

Definitely! But you will need to place a separate order for each meal.

Can I order meals from multiple restaurants for dinner?

Yes. But you will need to place a separate order for each meal.
However, please note that meals from seperate restaurants are likely to arrive at different times within the delivery window of 7:30 - 8:00 PM.

How will I know when my dinner is delivered?

For dinner we will deliver your meal straight to your doorstep. The delivery driver will knock or ring your doorbell.

I did not get a notification when my food arrived.

Notifications are only sent after all meals in the building have been delivered. As such, you may experience some delay in receiving the notification. For that reason, our delivery drivers will knock or ring your doorbell.

What if I’m not at home when you deliver my order?

If you are not available to receive your order we will drop off the meals next to your door. Please note you will not receive a call.

Why didn’t I receive a call when the meal was delivered?

Your mobile number will not be shared with our delivery drivers. If you need any help please send us a message, email or give us a call.

My order says delivered but I can’t find my food anywhere?

Please give us a call or send us a message so we can look into this right away.

Can I customize my dinner?

Unfortunately, we are not able to customize any meals. This helps ensure we offer you fabulously low prices for dinner.

I already placed an order. How can I change the delivery location?

If you need to change the delivery location you will need to cancel and place a new order.
Changing your address location in the profile will not automatically change the delivery destination.
However, please note we are currently only serving selected residential buildings in Dubai Marina. We may not be able to deliver to your new/updated delivery location.
If you cancel your order(s) prior to the cut-off time (6:15 PM), your account will be automatically credited.

My security doesn’t allow delivery drivers up/in the building

Please give us a call or send us a message if you live in a building where food delivery drivers are not allowed or if you have faced issues in the past.
In the rare case that food deliveries (directly to your door) are not allowed, we may not be able to continue delivering to you/your building in the future. Our team will do their best to assist you.
